By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
Disclaimer
- You will be receiving a digital file only.
- Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned artwork in blockchain-related technology (i.e., crypto, NFT) or any AI purposes.🌷Payment
- I accept payment through PayPal only.
- All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless it is a commission listed on Ko-fi. Ko-fi commissions are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
- All payments are made upfront, before any work has been done.
- Refunds are made if I am unable to complete your commission. The amount of refund depends on the level at which the artwork is completed.🌷🌷Process

- Clients are permitted to use the artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise specified.
- Clients are not permitted to claim the work as their own, however can upload and use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit to the artist.
- Clients are not permitted to alter the artwork.
- In cases of Character Design commissions, the client holds full rights to that design.🌷🌷🌷🌷Copywright
- I remain the rightful owner of the commission.
- I reserve the right to post your finished or unfinished artwork in my gallery or social medias for any reason.
- I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷Vroid Model Specific Terms
- All models are made primarily in Vroid Studio. The client will receive a VRM file at the completion of the commission.
- Vroid Studio customisability is limited in the following areas: facial expressions, body size/shape, and accessorisation.
- Outside applications may be used (such as PMXEditor, Unity, Blender) for an additional fee.
- Vroid models will be interpreted by myself, as the artist, with the guidance of the client. This means that I will implement my artistic style when making models, and will not work outside of my style of creation.
